We operate as an online ecomcerece shop where all our products are already listed here, there is no viewing of the item before purchasing.

I can’t find the product I wanted. Do you have it in stock?

We only show In-stock and selected pre-order products on our website. If you have any particular products that is not listed, please inform us and we will check the availability with our supplier and manufactures.

How do I find my size?

We have a size guide below which will show you the shoe sizes to help you make an informed decisions about your purchase.

How are our prices compared to other?

Will I be contacted prior to delivery?

Yes, our team will send you a text(SMS) within 3 working days before delivery the products. To inform you the time and date for delivery, so that you can make arrangement if necessary.

Am I able to choose my own delivery date ad time

So sorry but delivery dates and times are based on our delivery routes and schedules. If customer is unable to meet the delivery time and time, we will do our best to accommodate you schedule. However, the delivery may be delayed depending on circumstances.
